, the first and only research-based,
scientifically validated assessment to measure executive presence.

In partnership with Bates, a leadership consulting firm specializing in
communicative leadership and executive presence, she crafts a
proprietary plan to assess and build client skills. The 6-step process is
enlightening, enjoyable, and straightforward:

​

  1. Conduct self and key stakeholder rater assessment – this process begins with a 360-assessment facilitated through Bates. This provides an opportunity to understand how others perceive you professionally.

  2. Discuss objectives – clarify your professional goals.

  3. Interpret the 360 assessment – after receiving extensive data from the Bates Assessment, M.C. works with you to contextualize and prioritize the wealth of information provided and clarify what is affecting your career.

  4. Gap analysis- take a deep dive into strengths and development perceptions based on patterns emerging from your 360 assessment and your targeted objectives.

  5. Create a 3-point action plan for future success based on making simple, relevant adjustments.

  6. Coaching and follow-up – on-going partnership to help you execute your action plan and achieve you desired goals.

What's Included:

Your 360 assessment, videotaping as necessary, feedback, and two 2-hour coaching sessions. The initial session can be done remotely, and the second one is done in person. Additional travel costs will be assessed for non-local clients.
